Project Manager

Knowledge of construction materials, processes and equipment
-
Understands counting and measuring. Scheduling experience is a plus.

Above basic computer skills including MS Office and Excel

Experience managing budgets for projects of all sizes is a plus
-
Level of pay depends on level of experience

Work with client from start to finish of each project
-
Create the schedule for each project and match talent to the job

Oversee the beginning of each turn-key project, including details like permit submission and design evaluations

Process change orders
-
Negotiate with vendors, suppliers and sub-contractors daily

Prepare and submit project estimates to clients
Cabinet Builder/Installer

Strong work ethic, integrity and reliability

Initiative and creative problem-solving skills

Ability to work 40 hours a week

Must be over 18 and have a valid driver's license

Organized and detail-oriented

Comfortable with basic hand tools and power tools

Work well with a team and exhibit a strong work ethic and time management skills

Carpenter

Demolition experience
